Water Valuation
If you require a water valuation to determine the worth of your water, contact us now to receive one within 24 hours.
If you are transferring property that includes a water entitlement and need a valuation for Stamp Duty purposes, we are able to give an indicative value based on our database of recent sales.
At Australian Water Consultancy, we charge a flat rate of $440 inc GST per Water Allocation/Licence for all valuations of water. Additionally, we will answer and complete the valuation within 24 hours.

To begin your water valuation, follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Contact us using this link or any of the ‘email us’ prompts on this page and include your phone number, full name and email address and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
If possible, please include your water allocation/licence containing your title reference number within the email and the amount of water (megalitres) you require valuing for.

Step 2:
Once we have contacted you, please email through a copy of your water allocation/licence which contains a title reference number on the top right of the deed or a licence number. Include how many megalitres (ML) you are wishing to value.
Do not complete this step if you have already attached the title deed in your first email.

Step 3:
Within 24 hours, we will email you back a detailed water valuation for the amount of water you wished to value using the water licence/allocation provided and relevant Government resources.
An invoice will be attached to this email and must be paid within 7 days of the completion of the water valuation.
